Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / Shadow Teacher - Candidates (Own Visa Required)



We are seeking a committed and experienced

Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / Shadow Teacher

to support students in a school setting. Candidates with relevant experience and a valid UAE visa are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:



Must hold a

valid UAE visa and Emirates ID

Must have

SEN, SEND, ABA, and RBT certification

Previous experience as an LSA / Shadow Teacher is required Strong communication and classroom support skills Patient, reliable, and child-focused personality

Responsibilities:



Provide one-to-one classroom support to assigned students Assist with behavioural, emotional, and academic development Implement therapy and learning strategies as guided by specialists Support classroom routines and student engagement Maintain daily progress notes and coordination with teachers and therapists
