Al Rabat Piling and Foundation Contracting Company is seeking an experienced
Infrastructure/Pipeline Foreman
to lead site operations and supervise pipeline installation projects. The ideal candidate must have solid UAE experience managing pipeline works in infrastructure or construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate pipeline installation, including excavation, laying, jointing, and testing.
Lead and manage site workforce to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
Interpret pipeline drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports for management.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety policies, and company standards.
Inspect tools, equipment, and materials to guarantee proper use and maintenance.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow.
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
Requirements
Proven UAE experience as a foreman in infrastructure or pipeline projects.
Strong knowledge of pipeline installation methods, safety procedures, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Physically fit and able to work in challenging site conditions.
