Kinetics Metal Construction Industries (KMCI) is currently seeking a
Foreman
with a solid background in
steel fabrication and sheet metal works
. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on factory experience and strong leadership to oversee daily shop floor operations, ensure quality control, and meet production timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and workforce in the fabrication workshop
Coordinate job assignments, material handling, and machine usage
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and quality standards
Monitor progress and productivity, reporting any delays or issues
Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and project teams to meet deadlines
Train and mentor team members for improved performance and technical skills
Requirements:
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
in a steel fabrication and sheet metal workshop
Proven ability to lead and manage teams on the factory floor
Strong understanding of fabrication drawings and workshop procedures
UAE experience
preferred
Valid UAE driver's license
is preferred
