Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 8+ years in infrastructure project management, with proven success in delivering complex technology programs.Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of API frameworks, integration patterns, and infrastructure components.Project Management Expertise:
Proficiency in planning, governance, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Tools:
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and reporting dashboards.Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification. Experience in large-scale API migration or upgrade programs. * Background in financial services technology.
