Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

Infrastructure Estimator Engineer

to prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bid documentation for infrastructure projects such as roads, drainage, utilities, and earthworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications, with the ability to support tendering and planning processes through precise and competitive estimations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope for infrastructure and civil works. Prepare accurate cost estimates, including quantity take-offs, labor, materials, and equipment. Conduct detailed measurements for roads, earthworks, drainage, and utility networks. Collaborate with design, planning, and procurement teams to validate cost data. Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Assist in tender preparation, bid evaluation, and cost comparison analysis. Identify project risks and propose cost-effective alternatives. Maintain and update estimation templates and cost databases. Participate in site visits and pre-bid meetings for data collection. Provide technical input during post-bid negotiations and clarifications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience

in

infrastructure estimation

(roads, utilities, drainage, etc.) Proficient in estimation software/tools and MS Excel Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Open to

any nationality

Must be able to join

immediately or within 1 month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
