Location : : We are seeking an IT Manager - PMO to establish, lead, and optimize the IT Project Management Office (PMO), whilst ensuring effective governance, planning, and execution of IT initiatives across the BEEAH Group. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project management frameworks, delivery standards, and governance processes (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile). Lead and manage critical and complex IT projects (e.g., ERP, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, digital platforms). Define project scope, schedule, and resource plan; manage stakeholder expectations and deliverables. Manage the consolidated IT project financials, including planning, forecasting, and tracking of CAPEX/OPEX. Drive execution from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Monitor project health, KPIs, dependencies, and status across all initiatives. Deliver regular portfolio performance updates to IT and business leadership. Qualifications and Experience: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. MasteraEUR(TM)s preferred Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile/Scrum Master certifications are strongly preferred 8-10 years of experience in IT project/program management Minimum 3-5 years leading a PMO or program portfolio function Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar programs and lead large cross functional teams Skills: Deep expertise in project and portfolio management, risk mitigation, and delivery frameworks Strong command of financial management, budgeting, and vendor contract administration Hands-on experience managing end-to-end IT projects (ERP, infrastructure, digital, cyber, etc.) Proficiency with PPM tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, ServiceNow, Jira) Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills Strong business acumen, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr
