Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce Project Manager

to lead and oversee Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, excellent project management skills, and experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute Salesforce projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors. Oversee Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations with other systems. Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management. Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards within Salesforce implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years

of experience in project management, with at least

3 years

managing Salesforce projects. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other related platforms. Experience with

Agile/Scrum

and

Waterfall

project management methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.). Salesforce certifications such as

Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or PMP (Project Management Professional)

are a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000,000.00 - AED4,000,000.00 per month
