We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Information Technology (IT) Intern to join our dynamic team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of IT while contributing to real-world projects.

Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users Support the maintenance and updating of company databases Collaborate with the IT team on network administration tasks Participate in the development and testing of software applications Help maintain and update company websites and internal portals Assist in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures Contribute to the documentation of IT processes and procedures Participate in IT-related research and data analysis projects Support the setup and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals Assist in providing technical support to staff members as needed

Qualifications

A student or a graduate of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ Familiarity with database management systems Understanding of networking concepts and protocols Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies * Must be able to work on-site in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
