About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GRC Consultant withexperience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team on a six-month contract. This is a unique opportunity to work within a Tier 1 bank in Abu Dhabi, supporting strategic risk initiatives and ensuring business resilience.
Key Responsibilities:Support the implementation and maintenance of the bank's Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework.Assist in developing, updating, and testing business continuity and disaster recovery plans across various departments.Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical operations and potential vulnerabilities.Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment with internal governance and external regulatory requirements.Support regular training, awareness programs, and testing exercises related to BCM.Prepare documentation, reports, and dashboards for senior management and regulatory bodies.Collaborate with the wider GRC team to contribute to overall risk management objectives.
Key Requirements:Prior experience in a GRC or BCM-focused role, preferably within the banking sector.3+ years of experience in bankingStrong understanding of risk management frameworks and business continuity standards.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
