Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor information security service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Support access control processes, including user provisioning, account reviews, and policy compliance.
• Assist in identifying and documenting recurring incidents, reporting them to senior security staff.
• Help coordinate responses to security alerts and assist in incident investigations under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for security activities, audits, and compliance tracking.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in security workflows, awareness, and governance documentation.
• Support risk assessment efforts by collecting and analyzing security data.
• Collaborate with IT and SOC teams to ensure timely detection and mitigation of potential security threats.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as access control, network defense, and risk management.
• Familiarity with standard security tools, log monitoring systems, and IT ticketing platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to follow defined procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), or equivalent are preferred.
