Title:Information Management Manager

Job Requirement We are looking for an Information Management Manager for an EPCM project to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAE Job Responsibility and Requirement Management of project IM Manage and development of IM requirements specifications, execution plan and procedure Responsible for the collection and management of information from one or more sources and the distribution of that information to one or more audiences. Uses experience and problem solving skills to develop and improve processes. Managing team members Configuration and implementation of Engineering Data warehouse (Aveva Engineering & ISM) Implement various engineering tools. Perform regular Data validation checks and Flag inconsistencies to Engineering Configuration and Implementation of Tag and Data progress measurement Configuration and Implementation of Tag/Data Register Exports To support the detailed engineering design To support and manage the flow of data and documentation to the Client To follow the contractual requirements for information/data turnover to assure a seamless transfer of information to Client. Ensure all requirements are successfully met

Experience required: Minimum 20+ years of experience required Minimum 14-15+ Years of experience in Oil & gas industry Should have been a Manager for minimum 10+ years Bachelor Degree in Science Engineering Min 15 years of relevant experience especially in O&G projects with hands-on experience Skills in Class library, Naming Rules, Attribute data definition Configuration and Implementation of Data collection and validation methods, data exchange interfaces, data Exports and metrics reporting Experience in Supplier Tag & Data Management Configuration and Implementation of Engineering software systems & tools Good Knowledge of Aveva Engineering and Aveva ISM( Database Warehouse Systems) Experience in Engineering Data Class library Management Experience in Database Management System, SQL development, VBA, SQL Server Reporting services Good communication skills
