& Summary Implement marketing plans and carry out marketing activities to support the brand identity and positioning. Development of thought leadership, connecting with the wider Clients & Markets team to address the LoS marketing and Business Development needs. Support sales efforts through marketing publications and collateral on business topics most relevant to the LoS/Industry/Proposition.Work closely with Industry and Proposition leaders to deliver their strategic objectives, profiling activities, and overall marketing planDeliver impactful and innovative campaigns across the region with a strong focus on digital content to resonate with our clientFollow and communicate the brand of PwC Middle East and Strategy& in the region, and ensure that the work is aligned to the overall corporate brand identityDeliver quality thought leadership thinking to clients, publications and collateral on business topics most relevant to them and support the brand positioningWork with the:Events team to professionalise and deliver high quality eventsCreative Design Centre and agencies on contracted creative productionPR & Communications team on participation in marketing events, industry forums and conferences in the region, and the business development team on sales activitiesBusiness Development team to incorporate relevant market trends and insightsEmbrace digital tools and improve our processesImplement marketing training opportunities for partners and principalsMeasure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and produce regular return on investment analyticsSupport the Marketing & Brand Lead in budget preparationResponsible for people management including nurturing talent, coaching and counsellingAct as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas of the business, building cross-functional relationships as neededEstablish a healthy work environmentEducationDegree educatedLanguageFluency in spoken and written English, proficiency in Arabic is an advantageOverall Experience7+ years of experience in the Marketing fieldSpecific ExperienceProven track record in a marketing function2+ years of experience in the Professional Services Industry in a top tier big 4 firm specifically in PR, Communications or Marketing is an advantage2+ years experience in a management capacityIndustry experience within the Middle East is preferredKnowledge and SkillsIn depth knowledge of Marketing and Branding principlesIn depth knowledge of the Professional Services Industry, including latest market developments, best practices and trendsStrong knowledge of new and traditional marketing channelsIn depth knowledge of service offering for all PwC LoS and industry sectors in the Middle EastCommercial awarenessKnowledge of business planning and budgetingExcellent communications (verbal and written) skills, including public speaking and interviewing skills, and ability to represent the organisation in diverse forumsSubject matter expertise in marketing and brandingKnowledge of monitoring effectiveness of marketing campaignsSolid knowledge of corporate reputation and business ethicsKnowledge in online media, social media Marketing, and developing user friendly digital platformsExcellent Marketing research skills and conducting competitive intelligence analysisGood project management skillsExcellent leadership and interpersonal skillsSignificant personal presence, enabling successful interaction directly with senior consultants, clients, and knowledge professionalsEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel RequirementsAvailable for Work Visa SponsorshipGovernment Clearance Required
