The Role

:

- Assist in analysing and improving production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support productivity initiatives. - Collect and analyze operational data, participate in process studies, and contribute to layout, workflow, and resource optimization. - Provide technical support to project managers, ensuring process engineering tasks meet project goals, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party contractors while adhering to safety protocols and supporting maintenance and engineering projects.

Qualifications: - Open to Asian & Arabic nationals, Female, 30 years old and below - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. - At least 3 years relevant experience in Industrial Engineer in paint manufacturing with knowledge of lean manufacturing, process improvement, and basic industrial engineering principles - Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD skills and strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities are a plus
