AVL Maroc SARL AU offers a job in Morocco (MA) as Industrial Engineer

As part of our development of innovative battery systems for the automotive sector, we are looking for an Industrialization Engineer to define and implement the production process and manufacturing means required for the assembly of battery modules and packs. The goal is to ensure a robust, efficient industrialization that meets technical, quality, and cost requirements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design the industrial flow and layout for the assembly of battery modules and packs.

Define capacitary resources, takt times, and production line balancing based on product complexity and volume forecasts.

Draft technical specifications for production lines (mechanical and automation) and follow up with equipment suppliers through realization and commissioning.

Collaborate closely with Machinery, Automation, EOL Testing, and Quality teams to ensure industrial feasibility and robustness.

Contribute to DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) activities to ensure readiness for industrialization.

Participate in run@rate, industrial validation, and ramp-up planning and execution. Key Deliverables :

Industrial Flow Diagrams and Layouts

Capacitary and Line Balancing Calculations

Production Line Specification Documents (Mechanical & Automation)

Industrial Timing and Ramp-up Plan

PFMEA (in collaboration with Quality)

Equipment Commissioning Reports and Pre-Series Evaluation Results

YOUR PROFILE:

Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering

Minimum of 3-5 yearsaEUR(TM) experience in industrialization or automated production line implementation, ideally in the automotive or battery sector

Proficiency in flow analysis, line balancing, PFMEA, and industrial design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.)

Solid skills in project management, supplier coordination, and cross-functional teamwork

Strong analytical mindset, with rigor and adaptability in dynamic, high-tech environments

Good command of technical English, both written and spoken
