Job Description

Job Title: Industrial Engineer Job Code: JPC - 5009 Location: Abu Dhabi. UAE Experience: 3 - 7 Years Education: Bachelor's Degree Language: English Key Responsibilities:
  • Shopfloor Layout & Workstation Optimization
Design and improve shopfloor layouts and workstation configurations using time and motion studies to enhance workflow, maximize space utilization, and minimize material handling. * Manufacturing Process Improvement Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing and assembly processes by identifying bottlenecks, implementing Lean principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen), and proposing innovative solutions to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and enhance quality. * Industrial Change Management Plan and implement industrial changes through cross-functional collaboration, including developing detailed change management plans, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining updated records of modifications. * Data Analysis & Reporting Track production performance metrics and key indicators (KPIs), perform data-driven analysis to recommend improvements, and ensure the accuracy of routings, bill of materials, and layout documentation. * Compliance, Safety & Continuous Improvement Ensure adherence to QHSE standards, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and integrate HSE considerations into layout planning while supporting compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements. '
