We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Indoor Salesman

to join our team in the food industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, building strong relationships with clients. This role requires good communication skills, especially Hindi/Urdu, Arabic (Basic-Preferable), English (Basic), a passion for the food industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development

: Promote and sell food products to existing and potential clients. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Achievement of Monthly Sales Targets

Consistently work towards meeting or exceeding assigned monthly sales goals.
Focus on customer satisfaction and upselling to boost overall performance and earn commission on sales.

Inventory Management

Ensure accurate stock tracking and timely updates of inventory levels.
Assist in maintaining proper stock rotation with team/line-manager.

Order Processing and Coordination

: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Follow up on payments and resolve any billing issues.

Reporting and Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.

Qualifications and Skills

:

Education

: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Experience

: Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Microsoft Office:

Must know use of excel and words

Language Skills

: Fluency in Urdu (Must), English (Basic), Arabic (Basic-Preferable).

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
