dynamic, experienced culinary professional
to join our vibrant team and bring bold, authentic flavors to our kitchen!Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide range of Indian dishes including Adobo, Pancit, Bagoong Rice, Tapsilog, Longsilog and
street-style favorites
. Expertly cook Indo-Chinese dishes such asChilli Chicken, Schezwan Noodles, Manchurian, Fried Rice
, etc. Maintainexceptional food hygiene
, presentation, and quality standards. Collaborate with the team toinnovate menus
while preserving traditional recipes. Manage ingredient stock efficiently and ensure minimal wastage. Ensuretimely and consistent
food preparation, especially during busy hours.Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of proven experience
in a professional kitchen specializing in Pinoyand Indo-Chinese cuisine
. Strong command overIndian spices, flavors, and cooking techniques
. Ability tothrive under pressure
in a fast-paced environment. High standards ofcleanliness and hygiene
.Team player
