We are now seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team, with a preference for those experienced in Italian cuisine.
Role Overview:
As Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. You will lead, inspire, and develop your team while maintaining a strong focus on creativity, cost control, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead kitchen operations, menu development, and food preparation.
Maintain authenticity and excellence in Italian cuisine.
Oversee kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and teamwork.
Manage food cost control, inventory, and supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Innovate and introduce seasonal, high-quality dishes.
Collaborate with management to enhance guest experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef , preferably in Italian restaurants.
Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
Expertise in traditional and modern Italian cooking techniques.
Passion for high-quality ingredients and presentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Knowledge of cost control and budgeting.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is a plus.
