The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, assisting in the development of new recipes, and contributing to menu design. You will also help manage daily kitchen operations, ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met, maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, and supervise junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Filipino, Asian, and International cuisine (non-Halal food)
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Creativity and passion for culinary innovation
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
