We are looking for a skilled and creative Indo-Chinese Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing authentic Indo-Chinese cuisine with consistent taste, presentation, and quality. You will be responsible for managing the kitchen section, ensuring hygiene standards, and delivering high-quality dishes that delight our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of Indo-Chinese dishes (e.g., Hakka noodles, Manchurian, Fried rice, Chilli chicken, etc.)
Develop new recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and inventory management.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
Monitor portion and waste control to maintain food cost.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
