Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research on UAE's IT & networking landscape, hiring trends, and salary benchmarks.
Source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and tech communities.
Screen candidates based on technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, AWS, Azure, ITIL) and project experience.
Coordinate technical interviews and assess skills in areas like network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud management.
Partner with IT service providers, telecom firms, and cloud solution companies to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
Provide interview coaching and manage end-to-end recruitment logistics.
Maintain and regularly update a candidate database with skills, certifications, and availability.
Ensure all placements comply with UAE labor laws, IT employment regulations, and cybersecurity standards.
Support onboarding and act as the post-placement contact for clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or Network Engineering (MBA/HR certification is a plus).
2-5 years of experience in recruiting for IT and networking roles.
Deep understanding of cloud platforms, IT security frameworks, and UAE's tech ecosystem.
Proficiency in ATS systems and tech recruiting platforms.
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
