Job Purpose
The Inbound Team Leader is responsible for overseeing all inbound warehouse activities, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of goods, proper storage, and compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, inspection, and put-away of goods.
Ensure all inbound shipments are received accurately against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Lead, train, and manage the inbound warehouse team to meet daily operational targets.
Monitor productivity, attendance, and performance of inbound staff.
Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and system entry of received items.
Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Inventory teams to resolve discrepancies or damages.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and ensure proper storage standards are followed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and warehouse operational procedures.
Prepare daily and weekly inbound performance reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
3-5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
Strong knowledge of inbound warehouse processes and inventory control.
Experience with WMS/ERP systems (Oracle/SAP preferred).
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle high-volume operations.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
