Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Ensure accurate inventory control through regular stock checks and reconciliation. Monitor and maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene within the warehouse. Allocate and manage resources to meet daily operational needs. Train and mentor team members to improve performance and develop skills. Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently to avoid delays. Maintain documentation and prepare reports on warehouse performance and activities. Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
