Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Telemarketing

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote travel products and services. Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and walk-in customers professionally. Identify customer travel needs and recommend suitable travel solutions. Promote air tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, visas, tours, and other travel services. Generate sales leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Customer Handling

Understand customer requirements such as destination, budget, travel dates, and preferences. Provide accurate information about packages, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and terms. Handle customer objections and close sales effectively. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Follow-Up & Coordination

Follow up with customers via calls, WhatsApp, or email on quotations and pending decisions. Coordinate with operations, ticketing, visa, and hotel teams for confirmations. Ensure timely communication with customers regarding booking status.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM or manual reports. Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, and follow-up lists. Ensure all customer data is handled confidentially.
Company Representation

Represent the company positively and professionally at all times. Stay updated on company products, promotions, and travel regulations. Adhere strictly to company policies, sales ethics, and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred). Experience in travel & tourism sales or telemarketing is an advantage. Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of travel destinations, visas, and holiday packages. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).
