Key Responsibilities - Inbound & Outbound:
Sales & Reservation Duties:
Manage complete reservation processes: availability checks, quoting, confirmations, payments, amendments, and cancellations.
Design tailor-made travel packages and proposals aligned with both
client expectations

market trends

Provide accurate quotations using net rates and markups, ensuring competitive pricing and profit margins.
Offer alternatives based on availability, budget, and travel preferences.
Respond to all inbound requests professionally and with speed and precision.
Product & Destination Knowledge:
Maintain full knowledge of the company's services: tours, transfers, accommodation, MICE, visas, insurance, and more.
Have detailed understanding of
local and global attractions
, landmarks, and activities.
Stay updated on
seasonal trends
, new tourism products, and international travel regulations.
Offer expert destination advice based on real-time availability, weather, events, and client profiles.
Client & Market Understanding:
Build rapport with clients and understand their
travel behavior, cultural preferences
, and service expectations.
Anticipate the needs of different markets including
Arab, Russian, Turkish, Chinese, and European clients

Provide
end-to-end customer service
-- from pre-sale inquiries to post-trip feedback follow-ups.
Handle
VIP and corporate clients
with discretion and high attention to detail.
Technical & Operational Skills:
Use of booking platforms, CRM systems, reservation tools, and internal databases.
Coordinate with global DMCs, airlines, hoteliers, and local service providers for seamless execution.
Prepare professional travel documentation: invoices, vouchers, itineraries, and insurance.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in travel sales and reservations.
Strong
reservation system
and quotation experience (Amadeus, Sabre, B2B booking engines, etc.).
High level of
destination knowledge
for both inbound and outbound markets.
Fluent in
Arabic
, with additional fluency in
Russian, Turkish, or Chinese
.
Deep familiarity with the
European travel market
is essential.
Outstanding
communication, negotiation, and customization skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
