Job Summary

You will help Client in importation and exportation of goods or technology complies with applicable government laws and regulations.
Responsibilities can include classification of goods or technology being imported and exported, obtaining import or export licenses, completion or retention of required documentation and compilation of reports.
Responsibilities could also include documentation, analysis and update of import/export processes, programs or projects to determine methods for improving efficiency or effectiveness and coordination with internal and external stakeholders (including government authorities).

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration or related field OR additional equivalent experience
5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in trade compliance \xe2\x80\x93 preferably with an Importer/exporter. Including
Good understanding of Customs and Import Laws and Regulations.
Good understanding of the Administration Regulations.
Ability to analyze technical data and can clearly articulate the appropriate HTS.
Be able to articulate conclusions and decisions based on customs regulations.
