Immigration Specialist

Job Description
The Immigration Specialist will be responsible for all ensuring compliance and reporting
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Ensure GRO completes work scope
- Responsible for liaising with the municipality, economic department, and any other government departments in relation to Trade Licence/ office etc.
- Responsible for ensuring the renewal of all company-related licenses prior to their expiry date.
- Responsible for ensuring the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to visit visas, temporary work visas, employment work permits or residence, exit permits, car registrations, Trade License, labor permits, export license, economic license, foreign license, office licenses, baladiya license, banks opening Accounts.
- Responsible for ensuring documents and reports related to Employment Visas and labor permits. New starters, leavers, transfers, and renewals.
Health, Safety, Quality & Environment
- Ensures compliance to all industry and Company standards.
General
- The detail within the is not exhaustive, the company reserves the right to allocate and request you undertake tasks that it feels fall within your capability and remit to carry out.
- Provides Holiday cover for other members of the HR Team.
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft techniques.
- Ability to interact with varying levels of staff and management from various backgrounds
- Flexibility and ability to work independently to deadlines where required
- Strong IT skills, and utilise tools within the Microsoft suite to support
- High school diploma or an equivalent field
