We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Immigration Case Processing Officer / Immigration Operations Manager

specializing in immigration processes for Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Europe. In this role, you will manage client applications, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process client applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness. Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Europe. Communicate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and obtain missing information. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all cases. Assist in preparing legal documents and applications. Stay updated with changes in immigration laws and policies for the specified countries.

Qualifications:

A minimum of two to three years experience

in a similar role, specifically handling immigration cases for Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Europe, is required( Applications without this experience will not be considered )*
A diploma or a Bachelor's degree is required. Strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations for the specified countries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
