Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time, contract basis. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Maintained organized filing systems and managed document control.
Schedule meetings, and appointments, and coordinate events as needed.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Support the team with various clerical tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
