Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models of interior design concepts and layouts during the design phase.
• Create and refine design elements, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and interior details.
• Translate design intent accurately into BIM models in coordination with the design team.
• Model interior elements such as walls, furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials with precision.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure seamless integration across disciplines.
• Resolve design conflicts by providing BIM-driven solutions during the design stage.
• Generate and maintain accurate drawings, schedules, and technical documentation from BIM models.
• Support client presentations and design reviews with visualizations and model updates.
• Ensure adherence to project standards, specifications, and best practices in BIM workflows.
• Maintain structured and organized models, reflecting the latest design updates and revisions.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as a BIM Modeler in Interior Design/Architecture, with at least 2+ years in a UAE-based design consultancy.
• Strong consultancy background with a focus on the design stage of projects.
• Proven expertise in developing BIM models and design drawings for commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality interiors.
• Proficiency in Revit (mandatory); knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, construction techniques, and spatial planning.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and design standards.
• Ability to identify design issues early and provide practical BIM-based solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to deliver within project timelines.
