Icv Associate / Icv Coordinator

Job Description
To provide support to the ICV team and the auditors in achieving the In-Country Value (ICV) targets for the organization. The ICV Associate/coordinator will be responsible for ICV proposals, LOEs, communication with ICV clients, gathering and analyzing data, preparing ICV reports, filing and maintaining accurate records.
Roles & Responsibilities: * Receive and respond client enquiries, Coordinate with accounts team, execution team, partners, and clients.
- Provide all kind of administrative support to the ICV team auditors, managers, directors, partners and ICV clients.
- Prepare and update proposals, LOEs, Letters, final ICV reports, filing and maintaining records.
- Communicate with clients and act as Client Relationship Representative.
- Collect and analyze data related to ICV initiatives. Keep up to date with ICV regulations and requirements. Liaise with internal team to ensure compliance with ICV requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all ICV engagements.
- Prepare reports on ICV performance and progress.
