The Role

To provide support to the ICV team and the auditors in achieving the In-Country Value (ICV) targets for the organization. The ICV Associate/coordinator will be responsible for ICV proposals, LOEs, communication with ICV clients, gathering and analyzing data, preparing ICV reports, filing and maintaining accurate records.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Receive and respond to client enquiries, coordinate with the accounts team, execution team, partners, and clients.

2. Provide all kinds of administrative support to the ICV team, auditors, managers, directors, partners and ICV clients.

3. Prepare and update proposals, LOEs, Letters, final ICV reports, filing, and maintaining records.

4. Communicate with clients and act as Client Relationship Representative.

5. Collect and analyze data related to ICV initiatives. Keep up to date with ICV regulations and requirements. Liaise with the internal team to ensure compliance with ICV requirements.

6. Maintain accurate records of all ICV engagements.

7. Prepare reports on ICV performance and progress.

Requirements

1. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

2. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
