At Eni, we are looking for an ICT Officer within Eni Abu Dhabi B.V. in Abu Dhabi (UAE). You will be responsible for managing and optimization of company hardware and software. Users troubleshooting and support.

As a member of the ICT department at Eni Abu Dhabi B.V. you will be responsible for:

\xc2\xb7 Ensure the highest availability of IT services and tools.

\xc2\xb7 Monitoring Infrastructure and the networking status.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in ICT policy implementation and adoption.

\xc2\xb7 Aid in critical cybersecurity topics.

\xc2\xb7 Help desk primary support. General troubleshooting of user\xe2\x80\x99s problems.

\xc2\xb7 Installation of standard and company software and common devices.

\xc2\xb7 Provide support on telecommunication aspect.

\xc2\xb7 Cooperate with other IT teams in the region offices and in the Head Quarter in Milan.

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in ICT

\xc2\xb7 Fluent in English

\xc2\xb7 At least 1 years of experience in ICT areas
