Users troubleshooting and support. Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities: - Ensure the highest availability of IT services and tools. - Monitoring Infrastructure and the networking status. - Assist in ICT policy implementation and adoption. - Aid in critical cybersecurity topics. - Help desk primary support.
