Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the Job
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the same field and of which 2 years should be in a similar position/ responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
Previous experience in IT service desk/operation Support.
Well exposed to industry standards and best practices in IT Asset and configuration management and Service management practice, Customer Services, service quality.
Education and Certification Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a computing-related subject.
Preferred to have ITIL Foundation Certification or Certification in IT Asset Management (CITAM) or similar
Job Specific Technical Skills
Proficient in asset management tools.
Substantial experience in computing or information technology.
ITIL Service Management experience
Working knowledge of Hardware, Software and Network services
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential.
Customer service skills
