Job Summary:
Property Shop Investment (PSI) is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Management Administrator to oversee and manage contracts related to real estate transactions, vendor agreements, and corporate partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and company policies while optimizing contract terms to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, Review, and Negotiate Contracts: Prepare, examine, and negotiate real estate agreements, vendor contracts, and other business-related legal documents.
Contract Compliance: Ensure that all contracts adhere to UAE laws, regulations, and company policies. Monitor contract execution and ensure all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.
Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential risks in contracts and provide solutions to minimize exposure. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address issues.
Contract Database Management: Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and amendments. Ensure timely renewal and termination of contracts as needed.
Liaison with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams, legal counsel, and external parties such as vendors, landlords, tenants, and business partners to ensure seamless contract execution.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance contract management processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports on contract statuses, obligations, and compliance metrics for senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or legal certification is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in real estate or property management.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE contract laws, real estate regulations, and corporate governance.
Skills:
Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in contract review.
Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
