We are hiring

ICS Cybersecurity Technicians

to support OT/ICS cybersecurity operations in Qatar's leading petrochemical facilities. This is a

hands-on role

in a

24/7 industrial environment

, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance of OT assets, cybersecurity fieldwork, and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

preventive and corrective maintenance (PM & CM)

for OT assets (DCS, SIS, ICS). Apply

patches and antivirus updates

on OT assets. Support

backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes

. Conduct

field inspections, mark-ups, and as-built documentation

. Carry out ICS cybersecurity fieldwork, including: Network and power cable troubleshooting and installations. Cybersecurity cabinet maintenance and housekeeping. Installation and replacement of DCS/SIS/ICS cybersecurity assets. Cable labeling, power supply connections, and KVM setup. Support

physical hardening

of OT assets (USB locks, access control). Perform

user access control validation

and

log collection

. Coordinate with maintenance teams for

cybersecurity updates

on non-DCS assets. Ensure compliance with

safety procedures, PTW (Permit to Work), and company policies

.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree or 3-year Diploma

in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechatronics, or Cybersecurity.

Minimum 3 years' experience

in Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals with a focus on

ICS/OT cybersecurity

. Preferred:

5+ years' experience

in ICS/OT cybersecurity within Oil & Gas.

Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):

CCNA / Network+ CEH / CompTIA Security+ / CySA+ Strong knowledge of

networking fundamentals, Windows & Linux administration

. Excellent

field troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
