We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Ice Cream Kitchen Assistant

to join our production team and help bring our all-natural, dairy-free creations to life.

What You'll Do:



Prepare and mix ice cream bases from scratch using our proprietary recipes Operate ice cream machines, blast freezers, and other production equipment Monitor texture, taste, and quality at every step Clean and sanitize all equipment and work areas Assist in packing, labelling, and storing finished products Maintain accurate production records Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure daily targets are met

Who You Are:



Passionate about food and quality craftsmanship Previous kitchen or food production experience (bonus if you've made ice cream before!) Comfortable working in a cold environment Physically fit - able to lift heavy containers and work on your feet Punctual, reliable, and a team player Hygienic and organized with an eye for detail
