Preparing ingredients which includes washing, measuring and mixing
assisting to unload food supplies from delivery trucks
Maintaining records of ingredient deliveries
Maintaining records of cleaning, ingredients, maintenance, temperatures according to HAACP requirements
Cleaning kitchen equipments as per HAACP requirements
Cleaning production site
Cleaning dry storage areas
Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags and washing garbage cans
Mopping and sweeping kitchen areas
Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Food production: 1 year (Required)
