Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hygiene Staff member to join our manufacturing facility team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards within the production environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean and compliant workplace while supporting overall operational efficiency. Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial hygiene is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. The role emphasizes adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and proper documentation practices to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain production areas, warehouses, offices, restrooms, and common areas Follow site safety rules, GMP, and manufacturing hygiene standards Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors, including industrial and high traffic areas Clean machinery exteriors, workstations, and equipment surfaces as assigned Handle and dispose of waste according to facility and environmental guidelines Refill cleaning and sanitation supplies in designated areas Use industrial cleaning tools, chemicals, and PPE safely and correctly Report spills, equipment issues, or safety hazards immediately Support production cleanliness to maintain quality and compliance Complete cleaning logs and follow daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.

Experience

Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided Knowledge of infection control practices, aseptic techniques, and sanitation procedures preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow detailed protocols are essential Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
