Job Summary:

We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Production Staff to support operations in our electronics manufacturing facility. The role involves assembling, testing, inspecting, and packaging electronic products, as well as maintaining cleanliness and order on the production floor to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic components and circuit boards according to instructions, schematics, and diagrams. Operate machinery and tools such as soldering irons, testers, and pick-and-place equipment. Perform basic testing and inspection of products to ensure quality and functionality. Package finished products according to company standards and customer requirements. Maintain accurate records of production output and report any issues or defects to supervisors. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality protocols. Ensure proper use and care of tools, materials, and equipment. Perform daily housekeeping duties in work areas, including cleaning workstations, removing waste, and organizing tools and materials. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment when necessary. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in electronics or manufacturing environments is a plus; training will be provided. Basic understanding of electronic components and assembly techniques. Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg. Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork.
