to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems across a range of industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair hydraulic pumps, motors, and related components.
Disassemble and reassemble hydraulic units following technical schematics and safety protocols.
Perform diagnostic testing to identify faults using pressure gauges, flow meters, and other diagnostic tools.
Conduct preventive maintenance and service inspections on hydraulic systems.
Replace seals, bearings, valves, and other worn parts.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance work, and parts usage.
Ensure all hydraulic systems operate safely and efficiently.
Adhere to company safety policies and environmental regulations.
Support field service operations as required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
Minimum [ 3-5 ] years of experience working with hydraulic systems, pumps, and motors.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic schematics and system diagnostics.
Hands-on experience with brands such as Rexroth, Parker, Eaton, Bosch, or Vickers is a plus.
Ability to use diagnostic and hand tools proficiently.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Physically fit and capable of working in demanding environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in hydraulic maintenance or fluid power.
Familiarity with ISO or other industry standards for hydraulic equipment.
Experience in mobile or industrial hydraulic applications.
