Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Hydraulic Technician

to join our manufacturing team. To carry out installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems and components such as pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, and hoses. The role supports plant machinery, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems and components (pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, hoses, etc.). Carry out troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of hydraulic systems using technical diagrams and manuals. Overhaul and rebuild hydraulic components as per manufacturer specifications. Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan. Perform pressure tests, flow tests, and other performance checks after repairs or new installations. Ensure proper routing, fitting, and securing of hydraulic pipes and hoses. Use hydraulic tools and diagnostic equipment effectively. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies in compliance with UAE laws. Assist with installation of new machinery and hydraulic systems as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of hydraulic systems within the UAE or GCC region preferred, especially in industries such as construction, manufacturing, marine, or oil & gas. Diploma / ITI Certification in Mechanical / Hydraulic Engineering or related field, technical training in hydraulics (certification preferred). Strong knowledge of hydraulic principles, components, and systems, reading and interpreting hydraulic circuit diagrams. Skilled in using hydraulic testing tools and diagnostic equipment, fabricate and assemble hydraulic hose fittings. Ability to work in industrial, workshop, and outdoor environments. Physically fit to handle mechanical work, lifting, and working in varied conditions. Willingness to work overtime or shifts as operationally required. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Immediate Joiner is preferred.

Working Conditions:

Ability to stand for long periods. Capacity to lift and handle materials up to specified weight limits. Manual dexterity and good eyesight.
