We are looking for a skilled

Heavy Duty Hydraulic Mechanic

to join our workshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining

hydraulic and mechanical systems

on heavy-duty construction and earthmoving machinery such as

Komatsu, Caterpillar, JCB, and Hyundai

. This role requires hands-on expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to minimize downtime through efficient repair practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system issues on excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, dump trucks, and other heavy machinery. Perform hydraulic flow, pressure, and leakage tests using diagnostic tools. Overhaul and repair hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, control valves, steering, and braking systems. Replace and calibrate hoses, seals, filters, and fittings according to OEM standards. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce equipment failures. Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, workshop manuals, and technical diagrams. Maintain accurate service records and job cards. Ensure compliance with UAE workshop safety standards and company HSE policies. Support emergency breakdowns at site locations when required. Assist in training junior mechanics and share hydraulic troubleshooting expertise.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / ITI Certificate in Mechanical, Automotive, or Heavy Equipment Maintenance.

5-7 years' UAE experience

in hydraulic repair of heavy machinery (Komatsu, Caterpillar, JCB, Hyundai, etc.). Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, schematics, and diagnostic equipment. Experience with computerized diagnostic tools (CAT ET, Komatsu KOMTRAX, JCB ServiceMaster). Welding and fabrication knowledge is an advantage. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently under pressure.

Working Conditions:

Workshop and field-based role, including on-site breakdown support. Requires physical strength to handle heavy tools and components. May involve overtime, shift work, and emergency call-outs.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
