A hydraulic technician who overhaul, maintains and repairs hydraulic components of equipment (like loader, dozer and excavator etc.). In order to complete their work, they are expected to understand function of hydraulic components and able to read hydraulic diagrams while troubleshooting and diagnosing problems. Additionally, he should able to use of hydraulic gauges to measure a pressure of hydraulic component as per specification in equipment like komatsu and caterpillar loaders, dozers and excavators.
1. He should able to identify the problems belongs to the damage parts of equipment's.
2. He should able to read Hydraulic diagram of equipment like Loaders, Excavators & Dozers etc.).
3. He should be able to operate pressure gauge during the diagnosis of components like Hydraulic Pump Pressure, Transmission Hydraulic Pressure, and Steering Control Valve Pressures etc.
4. Ability to Overhaul Hydraulic components like Pumps & Transmissions of Loaders, Excavators & Dozers etc.
