Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
Be ready on time as per work schedules. Most works will be completed in Dubai, however sometimes will be working in other emirates and should prepare accordingly.
Work together with a team of specialist technicians (Plumber, Electrician, Masonry) helping each other in each field.
Follow building plans and blueprints.
Respond to, diagnose, and resolve AC emergencies.
Perform routine PPM's of AC systems as well as
assisting
with plumbing and electrical works.
Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required.
Assist in collecting prices for materials required on repair works and estimate length of time of jobs.
Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.
Prepare service reports after each job.
Job Details:
Salary - negotiable.
Probationary period of 6 months.
Must have a minimum of 5 years UAE experience as AC Technician.
with Driver's License (Manual).
Majority of shifts will be in the day time however occasionally timings will be changed and works conducted on a night shift.
Overtime will be paid as required.
Qualifications: diploma/ITI (other qualifications of a similar level will be accepted.
English reading, writing and speaking is a must.
On confirmation of the position a standard UAE labour contract will be provided.
