HVAC Technician (With UAE Driving License)
Job Summary:
A highly skilled HVAC Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for traveling to various client sites.
Key Responsibilities:

• Installation: Install new HVAC systems and components, including compressors, motors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems, according to manufacturer specifications and safety codes.
• Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation, including cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, calibrating thermostats, and lubricating parts.
• Repair: Diagnose malfunctions in HVAC systems using diagnostic tools and testing equipment. Repair or replace defective parts, components, or entire systems.
• Troubleshooting: Identify electrical and mechanical faults in systems and components and implement effective solutions.
• Refrigerant Handling: Handle, recover, and recharge refrigerants in compliance with UAE environmental regulations and protocols.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues, recommend solutions, and provide cost estimates. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Driving: Safely operate a company vehicle to travel to residential, commercial, and industrial job sites across the assigned area.
• Documentation: Complete service reports, maintenance logs, and inventory sheets accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Valid UAE driving license is essential.
• Certification from an accredited HVAC trade school or equivalent apprenticeship.
• EPA or equivalent certification for refrigerant handling.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and refrigeration cycles.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
