HVAC Supervisor (Oil & Gas) -- Qty: 1
Location:
Qatar Employment:Full-time, On-site
Salary Range:QAR 3,000-3,500 + AT
Role Summary
Lead site HVAC operations for an Oil & Gas facility--own PPM/CM planning, coordinate technicians/subcontractors, and enforce safety compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Oil & Gas HVAC experience:
2+ years
(mandatory)Total HVAC experience:
5+ years
with team leadership exposure Strongsite coordination
, scheduling, and client communication ProvenPPM/CM
planning & execution across chillers/AHUs/FCUs/package/DX HSE compliance (PTW/LOTO/JSA) and documentation/reportingKey Responsibilities
Plan and execute PPM/CM, allocate manpower, review diagnostics & corrective actions, maintain KPIs/reports, lead toolbox talks, and ensure HSE compliance.
