We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service sales executive.
:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC service contracts, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and retrofit projects.
Visit prospective and existing clients to understand their HVAC maintenance needs and offer suitable service solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the technical team.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals successfully.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and update CRM/sales reports regularly.
Coordinate with the operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the HVAC industry.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and generate leads.
Requirements:
2 to 3 years UAE experience in HVAC field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
UAE Driving license mandatory.
