We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented professional to join our after-sales team. The Service Sales Executive will be responsible for driving service-related sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in automotive, insurance, or service-oriented industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell after-sales products and service packages to existing and new clients.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a proactive and professional manner.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role within automotive, insurance, or service industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Fluent in English; Arabic or any other language is a strong advantage.
